If you are 24 and under and live in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire or Luton you can order a free and confidential home testing kit by filling in the form below. All you have to do is provide a urine sample and post it back, both the kit and postage are free so testing for chlamydia couldn’t be easier!

What if you are 25 or older?

If you are 25 and over you are not eligible to access the screening programme but you can still get tested - if you are sexually active it is important to get yourself checked out. Just click on local sexual health services to find out where your nearest GUM clinic (Genito-Urinary Medicine) is and make an appointment. This service is free and totally confidential.
