If you access your GP for the 'morning after pill' or as its now know as the Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) you may incur prescription charges. However, you can get FREE EHC from Brook which is the sexual health services for 25s and under or the Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) for all ages.

It doesn't sound like there should be a problem, however if you are worried please contact Brook Sexual Health Service or your GP.
can you have sex if your on your period
Yes you can have sex when you are on your period as long as you and your partner are happy to do so. Please be aware though that it is still possible to get pregnant when you are on your period - so it is important to have protected sex (sex with a condom).
