You have a number of options. You could attend a local Brook/THT clinic which are young person friendly services. If you would prefer you could attend your local GP, there are also Sphere Clinics in Bedfordshire, you would need to call in advance to make an appointment.

i orderd a free chlamydia test from this site and asked for the vaginal swab but got sent a urine sample pacakge and i then did the test and sent it off but then i got another urine sample pack sent to me again 2 days later without any information. also my friend got sent the urine pack as well when she asked for the vaginal swab pack.

It is a central office that sends out the kits and they should take note of the preference, swab or urine and send out the appropriate kit. I have contacted them and advised them that you did not receive the option you selected.
